Aztlan Development has announced an agreement with Zhongying Investment Group for equity financing in the development of a Hollywood style Theme Park in Coachella.
The Aztlan Entertainment District will include a Theme Park, Movie Studio and Sound Stage, Resort Hotel on the Golf Course, Concert Plaza for 10,000, a Beach Amphitheater for 1,000, a 12 Theater Cineplex, a River Walk, multiple Branded Dining & Retail Opportunities. The theme park will sit along Interstate 10, adjacent to Eagle Fall’s Golf Course within the expanded 2 square mile entertainment district of the Cabazon Band and 29 Palms Band of Mission Indians. The proposed location is between the Fantasy Springs Resort Casino and Spotlight 29 Casino and will be accessed by 2 interstate exits, Golf Center and Dillon Road and joined by a tunnel under I 10.
