The Palm Desert Food & Wine Festival will gather the brightest and most inspired chefs from California for three extraordinary days. There will be culinary and wine tasting under The Big White Tent on Larkspur between El Paseo and Shadow Mountain in Palm Desert, CA. This event will be uniquely educational in focus, showcasing the Coachella Valley as a culinary destination.
“A Taste of Italy” is the theme of this year’s 4-course gourmet luncheon magnificently paired with champagne from Caposaldo and premium wines by Feudo Maccari, Tenuta di Salviano and Michele Chiarlo presented by Mike Biagi. Each celebrity chef will demonstrate their recipes, which will then be skillfully prepared by Scott Robertson, Executive Chef, New Leaf Catering.
