Enjoy free music under the stars during the City of Palm Desert’s Fall Concert Series at Civic Center Park on Thursdays throughout October.
The largest of Palm Desert’s parks, Civic Center Park is the City’s recreational showpiece that serves as a popular gathering place for a wide array of public activities and events including summer and fall concerts.
The fun starts on Thursday, October 4, at a special 6:30 p.m. start time with a concert featuring the surf sounds of Beach Boy’s tribute band Surfin’ USA.
The remaining concerts, all starting at 7 p.m., will feature a variety of talented musical acts designed to please music lovers of all ages and tastes. Artists include:
October 4 – Surfin’ USA , playing the oldies
October 11 – Brent Payne and Dakota (Country)
October 18 – Renee Rojanaro (Jazz/Blues)
October 25 – Reaction (Classic Rock/Dance)
Concertgoers are encouraged to bring picnic baskets, blankets, and lawn chairs. Beverages and snacks will also be available for purchase. Alcoholic beverages and smoking are prohibited.
