In just six years this annual event has grown from fewer than 30 participating restaurants, hotels, and attractions to more than 100.
Restaurant Week Uncorked is a new feature of our annual Palm Springs Desert Resorts Restaurant Week, this event was added last year and is held the Wednesday & Thursday nights before the first night of Restaurant Week, serving as the official event that “Uncorks” Restaurant week.

Savor every flavor Palm Desert has to offer with two weeks of delicious dining, culinary creations and indulgent menus handcrafted specifically for Palm Desert Restaurant Week in early June.
Organized by the Palm Springs Desert Resorts Restaurant Association as a means to promote and advance the restaurant and hospitality industry in Coachella Valley, Restaurant Week lets you taste your way from Palm Springs to Palm Desert to Indio, California with more than 100 participating restaurants offering a three-course, fixed price menu for just $26 or $38 per person.
There are no passes, tickets or coupons required for Palm Desert Restaurant Week, although it is highly recommended that diners make advance reservations to ensure that a table is available.
